are a trustworthy and reliable Identity Preserved ingredient
supplier that our customers count on for quality and service.
With more than 200 years of combined experience and more than
19 years of successful business experience, we are able to
meet the needs of our customers.

With our diversified
line, we are able to offer ingredients for niche markets that
include Identity Preserved, certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free,
omega-3’s, whole grains and trans-fat free. We are
a one-stop shop for specialty ingredients.

We are NOP,
EU, COR and JAS certified organic through Quality Assurance International
(QAI) and Non-GMO Project Verified. Also, our ingredients
are Kosher Pareve through Orthodox Union.

Many of the
ingredients we supply are of USA origin, as we are proud to
support our American farmer with a network of more than 2500
growers. We also have diversified production worldwide, facilitated
by our International Procurement area, which helps minimize
the risk for crop failure. This approach helps ensure a consistent
supply of product to our customers. In addition, we are able
to source ingredients that may not be native to North America
in order to provide a wider variety of specialized products
to meet our customers’ needs.

We are a licensed
and bonded grain buyer. We have a full-time Crop Production
Team whose responsibilities include working with our farmers
on a daily basis in all aspects of production for SK Food
International’s customers.

Our wholly-owned
Identity Preserved processing facility, SK Food Specialty
Processing, gives us excellent quality control, since we are
able to manage each step from seed, planting, growing, harvesting,
delivery, cleaning, etc.

In addition,
we are able to provide custom milled and custom processed
ingredients according to our customers’ specifications
through our long-standing relationships with approved toll
processors. This assists us in providing Premium Quality Ingredients
to our customers.

and by serving on several association boards.

As an Identity
Preserved ingredient supplier, we provide a clean and reliable
audit trail for both certified organic and non-GMO products.
Our Standard Operating Procedures include traceability of
ingredients from the farmer to our customer.
