Schmidt Joins SK Food International, Inc.

August 23, 2011, ( Fargo , North Dakota ) – SK Food International, Inc., announces it has filled a newly-created position within the company.

Chuck Schmidt joins SK Food International as controller and will assist all departments and functions to operate efficiently and effectively.   

Schmidt holds Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has four years of public accounting experience, together with 12 years in controller positions.

Schmidt lives in Fargo with his wife and three children.
